VR Cleaning has simple and up front pricing, with no hidden fees.

Business Owner Pricing

  • Each property/home listed and active is only $5.00 USD/month, or $50.00/year for a discount of over 15%! This lets you do unlimited scheduling, cleaner payout reports, and more.
  • If you would like to use our Homeowner Billing feature to bill your homeowners for your cleanings, the fee depends on which payment method(s) you want to accept:

Credit Cards via Stripe

Stripe fee (Credit Cards): 2.9% + $0.30. The homeowner pays a small service fee to the VR Cleaning platform.
ACH Direct Debit (eChecks) via Stripe

Stripe fee: 0.8% with a maximum of $5.00. The homeowner pays a small service fee to the VR Cleaning platform.
PayPal

2.99% + $0.49. Full fee information is at PayPal Merchant Fees.
Venmo

If homeowner pays with their balance, debit card, or bank: $0

If homeowner pays with a credit card: 3%. Full details on the Venmo Fees page.
Cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin or TetherUSD via CoinPayments 0.5% for most coins, 1% for tokens (ERC20, TRC20, etc.) Full details here.
Cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin via BTCPay Server 0% - A great alternative if you live in a country CoinPayments doesn't service like the USA.
Manual Payments This would depends on which payment method you are using and it's service provider.

Cleaner Pricing

  • Using our site as a cleaner is completely FREE!
  • If you would like to receive your cleaning payouts directly to your bank (and the business you are working for supports it), then the fees would be:
    • Stripe fee (ACH): 0.8% with a maximum of $5.00
    • Service fee of 0.5% (half of one percent) with a minimum of 1.00 USD (or for other currencies see this page.)

Homeowner Pricing

  • Using our site as a homeowner is completely FREE! (In this context homeowner as in you own the home but not the cleaning business.)
  • If the cleaning business is using our billing and you pay with Credit Card or eCheck there is a service fee of 0.5% (half of one percent) with a minimum of 1.00 USD (or for other currencies see this page.)
